To activate Internet, you will need to set up a new APN (Access Point Name) on your handset
Set up APN on IOS Device
- Select Setting > Mobile / Cellular > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network
- In Mobile Data Network in APN Field, write : mobiledata
- Leave all other fields blank and Save
- Please ensure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled
Set up APN on Andriod Device
- Select Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
- Create a New Access Point Name
- In the Name field, write : worldsim and in the APN field, write : mobiledata
- Leave all other fields blank and Save. Ensure this APN is selected
- Under Mobile Networks, Enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming
